1. Who we are
Digital সেবা সহায়তা BD (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the social media management service available at postiz.bdx.kg. This policy applies to information processed through that service, including when a user connects a Facebook Page, Instagram professional account, or another supported social account.

2. Information we process
Depending on the features and permissions you choose to authorize, we may process:
- Account details such as your name, email address, profile identifier, and profile image.
- Facebook Page and Instagram professional-account identifiers, names, roles, and connection status.
- Access tokens and authorization metadata needed to connect to Meta services. We do not ask for or store your Facebook password.
- Content you create, upload, schedule, or publish, including text, links, images, videos, publishing times, and status.
- Post and account performance information made available through authorized APIs, such as reach, engagement, and related insights.
- Service records such as login events, IP address, browser information, error logs, and security events.
- Support communications and deletion requests you send to us.
3. How we use information
We use information only as needed to:
- authenticate users and maintain their service session;
- connect accounts the user has expressly authorized;
- schedule, publish, and manage content at the user’s direction;
- display account, post, and performance information requested by the user;
- protect the service, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, and maintain reliability;
- respond to support, privacy, and deletion requests; and
- comply with applicable law and platform obligations.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use connected social-account content for unrelated advertising.
4. Meta Platform data
When you connect a Facebook or Instagram account, Meta provides only the data covered by the permissions you approve. Our use of information received from Meta APIs is limited to providing and securing the requested social media management features and is subject to applicable Meta Platform terms and policies.
You can revoke access through the service or through your Facebook settings. Revoking access stops future API access but may not automatically erase information already stored by the service; use the process on our Data Deletion page to request deletion.
5. Sharing and service providers
We may transmit information to Meta or another connected platform when carrying out an action you request. We may also use infrastructure or technical providers strictly to host, secure, monitor, or support the service. We do not authorize those providers to use the information for their own marketing.
We may disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a legitimate business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards.
6. Storage, security, and retention
We apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including access controls, encrypted HTTPS transport, and restricted server access. No online system is completely risk-free, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
We retain information only for as long as necessary to provide the service, meet legitimate operational and security needs, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. Retention periods vary by data type. Information associated with a verified deletion request is removed or anonymized unless continued retention is legally required.
7. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, export, restrict, object to processing of, or delete your personal information. You may also disconnect a social account at any time. To request deletion, follow the instructions at legal.bdx.kg/data-deletion.
We may request reasonable information to verify that the requester controls the relevant service or connected account.
8. Children
The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.
9. International processing
Information may be processed in countries where we or our infrastructure providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border processing.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this policy to reflect service, legal, or platform changes. The updated date will appear above, and material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
