Option 1 — Request deletion from us
- Email admin@sagarconstruction.site with the subject Data Deletion Request.
- Include the email address used for the service and the name of the connected Facebook Page or Instagram professional account. Do not send your Facebook password or access token.
- We may ask for limited additional information to verify that you control the relevant service or connected account.
- After verification, we will remove or anonymize associated personal information and connected-account authorization data, except information we must retain for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.
Never email passwords or access tokens. We do not need them to process a deletion request.
Option 2 — Remove the app through Facebook
- Sign in to Facebook.
- Open Settings & privacy, then Settings.
- Open Apps and websites.
- Select the app associated with Digital সেবা সহায়তা BD and choose Remove.
- To request deletion of information already stored by our service, also email us using Option 1.
What deletion covers
A verified request may cover your service profile, connected Facebook or Instagram identifiers, stored authorization tokens, scheduled content, uploaded media, and associated operational records, subject to applicable retention requirements.
Removing the integration prevents future access through the revoked authorization. Content already published to Facebook or Instagram remains controlled by that platform and may need to be deleted there separately.
